Are you a new educator or entering the classroom through a non-traditional pathway?

This workshop series is designed to equip you with the essential skills and knowledge to thrive in your first year of teaching.

Whether you've come through a traditional teacher preparation program or a non-traditional route, this series will provide a supportive environment for you to:
Build confidence: Develop a strong foundation in classroom management, instructional strategies, and student engagement.
Navigate the classroom: Learn best practices for lesson planning, assessment, and differentiated instruction.
Connect with colleagues: Network with other new teachers and gain valuable insights from experienced educators.
Master the standards: Understand and effectively implement state and national curriculum standards.
Embrace diversity: Explore strategies for creating inclusive classrooms that celebrate the unique strengths of all students.

This series is specifically tailored to:
New teachers in their first three years of teaching
Teachers who have obtained licensure through alternative pathways
