Danielson Framework Observer Certification & Recertification

Danielson Framework Observer Certification & Recertification training is for the following individuals:
Administrators who are responsible for evaluating staff using the state model for Educator Effectiveness Coaches, mentors, and lead teachers who perform observation and feedback activities with staff (who are not part of the formal evaluation process)

Topics:
Understanding the structure of and themes within Danielson Framework for Teaching (FfT)
Using the Framework for Teaching to guide the collection and analysis of teacher practice evidence
Using the teaching standards and critical attributes to plan and provide growth-focused, standards-based coaching and actionable feedback
Mitigating the impact of bias
 

Join us for a day of collaboration and discussion around educator effectiveness practices. This training will certify/re-certify individuals to observe teachers using the Danielson framework.
