Join the New School Leaders Professional Learning Network (PLN) designed to equip new school leaders with the essential tools to excel in all aspects of their role.

Focus Areas:
Giving & Receiving Feedback: Master the art of constructive criticism and learn to effectively receive feedback for continuous improvement.
Leading Professional Activities: Facilitate engaging and impactful professional learning communities (PLCs) and staff development activities.
Managing a Facility: Oversee the efficient operation and upkeep of your school building while fostering a safe and secure environment.
Facilitating Decision-Making Processes: Guide collaborative decision-making, ensuring all voices are heard and solutions are effective.
Managing Challenging Conversations: Address difficult situations with confidence and empathy, fostering positive outcomes.
Communicating Change Effectively: Clearly communicate and implement changes, garnering buy-in and minimizing resistance.

The day will be structured for both learning and networking. Participants will have opportunities to share topics and participate in collaborative discussions.
