Leveling up your Digital Citizenship Curriculum to include AI Literacy

Teaching Digital Citizenship is a shared responsibility.

Digital Citizenship Includes:

1.  Media Balance & Well Being

2. Privacy & Security

3. Digital Footprint and Identity

4. Relationships & Communication

5. Cyberbullying, Digital Drama, & Hate Speech

6. News and Media Literacy

And where does AI literacy fit within those themes? EVERYWHERE. This workshop will address the importance of leveling up your Digital Citizenship scope and sequence to tie in AI literacy. You will also work to align it with other character-building curriculum resources within your district. Bring a team of library media and tech integration specialists, school counselors, administrators, and STEM/CS teachers to plan your district's co-curricular 2024-2025 scope and sequence.
